a. To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with Localism Act 2011, and to consider any requests for dispensations in respect of DPI’s.
4. Notes of the Annual Parish Council Meeting held on 14th May 2019 to be approved as the new minutes.
5. Matters arising from the minutes.
a. To discuss any matters arising from the minutes.
6. Police matters.
a. To receive the Police report.
7. Cemetery matters.
a. To discuss the village cemetery.
8. Highways matters.
a. To receive the highways report.
9. Financial matters.
a. To receive the financial report.
b. To consider the grass cutting price increase.
10. Planning matters.
a. To receive the planning report.
11. Village Hall representative.
a. To receive an update on Village Hall matters.
12. Playing field/Pavillion representative.
a. To receive an update on the Playing Field/Pavillion.
b. To advise on the inspection of play equipment in August.

a. General correspondence for inspection at the meeting.
14. Councillor’s reports & items not on the agenda and also for Councillors to raise items for next month’s agenda. Councillors are requested to use this opportunity to report minor matters of information not included elsewhere on the agenda and to raise items for future agendas. Councillors are respectfully reminded that this is not an opportunity for debate or decision-making.

a. To confirm the date of the next Parish meeting provisionally set as 9th September 2019
16. To resolve whether to move into closed session and exclude public, police and press (who will be required to leave the meeting at this stage), in accordance with the Local Government Act 1972), due to the confidential nature of business to be discussed in relation to the following matters:-
