You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Cowbit Parish Council, which will be held at 7:30pm on Monday the 13th of July in the Village Hall, Barrier Bank, Cowbit. The meeting will commence following a presentation regarding the new waste collection service and public forum, which will start at 7:30pm prompt, to which you are also required to attend.

- To receive details of the new waste collection service from SHDC Officer, David Reed followed by a Q & A session.
- Any other questions or short statements from the public to the Parish Council.

1. To receive and approve apologies for absence.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations.
3. To approve the Minutes of the May ACM and for the Chair to sign them as a true record.
4. Matters arising from the Minutes, (not covered in this agenda).
5. Clerk’s Report on matters outstanding & Correspondence.
6. Finance Matters:
a. to receive Bank Reconciliations for May and June.
b. to receive a list of recent receipts and the Summary Budget Report.
c. to approve invoices for payment received since the last meeting.
7. Blossom Trees for the park.
8. Highways Matters:
a. to receive the CSW report for May and June.
9. Planning Matters:
a. to agree a response to any applications received since the last meeting.
10. Police matters:
a. to receive the online Police report.
11. Items to be included on the next meeting’s agenda.
12. To confirm the date of the next meeting, set for Monday the 14th of September.
