You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Cowbit Parish Council, which will be held on Monday the 10th of November commencing at 7:30pm in Cowbit Village Hall, Barrier Bank, Cowbit.
There will be a 15 minute public forum at the start of the meeting, where members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council, and your attendance is also requested during this period.

Chairman’s welcome and Public Forum.
1. To receive and approve apologies for absence.
2. To receive Declarations of Interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any requests for dispensations.
3. To approve the Minutes of the September meeting and the Chair to sign them as a true record.
4. Matters arising from the Minutes, (not covered on this agenda).
5. Clerk’s Report on matters outstanding.
6. To receive an update on designs for a Cow installation on the A16 roundabout.
7. New Village Sign: to discuss options and designs to replace the old one.
8. Finance Matters:
a. to receive Bank Reconciliations for September and October.
b. to receive the Budget Report.
c. to approve invoices for payment received since the last meeting.
9. Highways Matters:
a. to receive the CSW report for July and August.
10. Planning Matters:
a. to agree a response to any new applications.
11. Police matters:
a. to receive the online Police report.
12. Playing Field and Pavilion:
a. Security lights and camera.
13. Items to be included on the next meeting’s agenda.
14. To confirm the date of the next meeting, provisionally set as Monday the 12th of January.
